Terms of Service
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between Lumi (the "Company") and users in connection with the use of the site checking service "Findable" (the "Service") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means all functions that check the publicly available information of the site address a user enters, explain in plain language the status of the basic settings needed for search and sharing, and then accept consultation requests.
- "Check" means reading information anyone can see — such as the homepage of the address entered, the file that tells search bots where they may go (robots.txt) and the sitemap (sitemap.xml) — and verifying a set of defined items.
- "Consultation request" means a user who has seen the check results asking the Company for a consultation about improving their site.
- "User" means a person who uses the Service under these Terms.
Article 3 (Posting and Changing the Terms)
- The Company posts these Terms so they can be viewed on the Service screen at any time.
- The Company may change these Terms to the extent it does not violate applicable laws and, when it does, will announce the effective date and the changes within the Service starting 7 days before the effective date (30 days before for changes that are unfavorable to users).
- If a user continues to use the Service after the effective date, the user is considered to have agreed to the changed Terms.
Article 4 (Description of the Service)
- Checking a site address and explaining the results: we tell you what to fix first, what to fix when you have time, and what is already in good shape. For each item to fix, we also explain how to fix it.
- Following the check results, information about tasks the Company can do for you, receiving and canceling consultation requests, and messages exchanged with our team within the Service after a request is made (consultation messages).
- You can run a check right away. Before viewing how to fix an issue, you must watch an ad shown by the Toss app to the end; if the ad cannot be loaded, you can view it without the ad. A banner ad may appear at the bottom of the screen.
- Checks and consultation requests are currently free. When we offer a paid service, we will explain the details, price and refund terms before use and obtain the user's consent.
Article 5 (Nature of Check Results)
- A check is an automated review of the information that was publicly available at the time of the check, and results may vary depending on the site's condition and connection environment. If a site blocks access and cannot be read, we report that reason as the first thing to fix.
- Check results and guidance do not promise or guarantee search rankings, display order or an increase in visitors. How results are reflected in search is decided by each search service.
- The check tool connects to the address you entered under the name "BoidaAudit", and this connection may be recorded in that site's access logs. The Company does not log in to or modify your site for a check.
Article 6 (Consultation Requests)
- A consultation request is a request for a consultation; submitting one does not by itself create a paid contract.
- Users can cancel a request even after it has been received, using "Cancel request" within the Service.
- After you request a consultation, you can exchange messages in the in-app chat. That conversation is how the consultation happens.
- After the consultation, work proceeds as agreed only if the user agrees to the scope and price of the work.
Article 7 (User Obligations)
- Users enter the address of the site to be checked accurately.
- Users will not interfere with the normal operation of the Service (for example, repeated checks using automated programs, abnormal bulk requests, or requests that place excessive load on other sites). The Company may limit the number of checks within a certain period to prevent this.
- Users will not use the Service in violation of laws or these Terms, or for the purpose of infringing the rights of others.
- Users will not copy, distribute or sell the Service's screens, text or images without the Company's permission.
Article 8 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service)
The Company may change the content of the Service, and may suspend all or part of it when operationally or technically necessary. If the entire Service is discontinued, we will announce it 30 days in advance.
Article 9 (Intellectual Property)
Rights to the Service and its screens, text, images and other content belong to the Company or the rightful owners.
Article 10 (Personal Information)
The Company processes users' personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is not responsible for damages caused by reasons beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, communication failures, or access restrictions on the checked site. However, this does not apply to damages caused by the Company's intentional or gross negligence.
- The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users or between a user and a third party.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to use of the Service will be handled by the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms apply from October 8, 2026.
